About the practice

We advise regulated organisations in Thailand on how to present coherent policies, controls, and evidence when supervisors, boards, or renewing authorities ask hard questions.

The official registered business name is System Shoreline Advisory Co., Ltd.. The firm was established in 2014 in Bangkok after its founders spent years inside compliance and quality functions across financial services and manufacturing.

Origin

Early work focused on licence holders who were technically meeting filing deadlines yet repeatedly stumbled when inspectors asked for sample files. That gap—between paperwork on the shelf and evidence on the floor—became the centre of the practice. From a small Latphrao Road office, the firm grew by referrals among compliance managers who needed calm, sector-specific preparation rather than another generic audit checklist.

How we work

Engagements begin with the obligation set that actually applies to your licence. We walk policies and sample records together, rank findings by inspection risk, and leave you with a remediation sequence your own owners can run. We do not replace your compliance officer, and we do not claim to speak for any regulator.

Values

  • Plain language that front-line teams can use under pressure.
  • Findings tied to named obligations, not fashionably vague risk themes.
  • Respect for entity boundaries in group structures.
  • Honest scope: what is in the letter, and what is deliberately left out.

People

Senior advisors lead every readiness assessment. Workshop facilitators have prior experience as control owners in regulated settings. Policy reviewers combine document craft with time spent on factory floors, branch counters, and distribution warehouses around Thailand.
